Life impacts all of us through trauma—starting in childhood and continuing into adulthood. Some of these experiences leave lasting imprints on our everyday lives. This blog was born from my own personal journey through trauma, which ultimately led me down a path of self-growth and healing.
Even during the most painful moments, my guiding principle has always been: Do the Next Right Thing. That mindset has helped me push forward, even when healing felt impossible. I believe true healing requires immense strength and courage—qualities many are afraid to face. But through this process, I've found a path that not only helps me grow but also inspires those around me.
